Stage Right! Home Staging, LLC was founded by Theresa Minichiello, ASP®, IAHSP™ in 2007 and is located in Hockessin, Delaware. Her company provides a top-notch proven system for selling your home that reduces time on the market and increases the selling price.
Theresa, an Accredited Staging® Professional®, and a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals™, is a dedicated professional who has studied and learned the proven and powerful techniques of Staging Homes. She studied intense, hands-on training in the techniques and methods of home staging by Barb Schwarz, the originator of the Staging® concept.
Theresa’s background is in public relations, hospitality and sales. She knows that the details of each client's needs are critical. In each case, great first impressions are required to attract a buyer who may pay attention for only minutes or less. She brings an innate sense of clarity to an area that can be stressful to deal with during the time of selling a home.
